6. International shipping, duties and taxes outside of North America?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, we don’t have control or oversight into the potential duties and/or taxes that your respective country can charge. Unfortunately, customers pay must pay duties/taxes within their country. We would love to find a better way to ship internationally one day.
7. What is the difference between Shipping vs. Processing?
Processing is the time it takes for your order to be PROCESSED (made). Orders take *4-7 business days to process.
Shipping is how long it takes your order to be physically delivered to you.
8. What happens if my Mothersgold SheaButter melts during transit?
When you receive, simply allow it to resolidify at room temperature (away from the sun/windows) to solidify or put in the fridge for an hour or so. A little melting does not take from the nutrients of your product.
9. What happens if my order is loss or damage during shipment?
No matter how carefully a package is handled, there are occasions when a package may be lost or the contents damaged during international shipment. Fortunately this doesn't happen very often.
If your package is lost or damaged in USA or international shipping, you will need to submit a claim within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within 14 days of the date you received confirmation that it was lost. To make a claim email support at info@mothersgold.com
10. How do I get in contact with you about my order?
Feel free to email us regarding your order, please be sure to include the following; the order name, number, and concern/question.
If you have a discrepancy with your order, be sure to include; order name, number, detailed description of your issue/ concern, along with photos, no later than 48 hours after receiving your order. Any other form of communication other than our direct email, such as via social media regarding your order is not acceptable.
